I once served as Sr. VP of Legislative Affairs for Tonio Burgos & Associates but only for a short time for our behavior in Washington was disturbing to say the least.
Burgos was extremely tight with Hillary Clinton and supposedly the Chair of the DNC Finance Committee though I cannot find DNC records to confirm that either way. This 2020 article puts Burgos atop the DNC Executive Committee though he stepped down from that committee earlier this year.
Then again, Pelosi stepped down from House Leadership while reportedly still keeping control and Burgos owned her but that’s a whole other story.
